border of North Point – within a short
walk of the homes. The park will be comprised
of nature trails, a wooden boardwalk raised
over sensitive wetland areas riverside, observation
areas, bike rack and parking. The project will
be completed in ’08. Information about

As always, Design Construction continues to
encourage its customers to customize plans
to specific lifestyle requirements. A wide
menu of floorplans are offered at North Point,
ranging in size from 1,600 to over 2,500 square
feet, each designed for flexibility to alter
according to the needs of each purchaser. Prices
begin at $192,900. North Point’s final

Bainbridge
Plan, slab construction. The overall openness of
this home is fantastic. A generous first floor
owner’s
suite with vaulted ceiling provides both walk-in
and wall closets and an elegant bath. The great
room is overlooked by a large second level loft.
The upstairs is super for visits from extended
family – two sizeable bedrooms share an oversized

Our stunning new YORK Plan,
walkout basement. At 1630 sq.ft., this may be one
of our finest efforts in design for some time.
Based on feedback from many North Point visitors,
a smaller, more efficient plan was called for…but
it had to have incredible aesthetic appeal. We
believe we have “nailed” the
criteria with this new design. This site of lot
#97 is our earliest opportunity to produce the
York (we will update this portion of the website
as construction proceeds) and it is available for
sale at, perhaps, the most incredible position
offered in the neighborhood (the photo of the “neighbors” was
taken from the open rear door of this home that
will lead to a soon-to-be-added vinyl deck). Click
