The owner’s bedroom has a closet large enough for an easy chair – and the jaw-dropping custom shower at the owner’s bath is worth the visit alone!


The plan has been appointed with some of the latest technology (come experience the gadgets!). Since many of the sites at Waterside will provide walkout basements, Design Construction has finished over 1,100 square feet in the model’s basement, complete with bedroom and bath, a fully appointed kitchen, media area with surround sound and high def TV.
